What time does ladder reset/

Has anyone heard exactly when the ladder will reset on Monday? I wanna be there when it does!!

8:00AM PST or 11:00AM EST is when it should reset. If not and they mean exactly at 12:00 Monday morning, then it's 12:00AM PST or 3:00AM EST.

I just know it resets monday. Thats all i care about. Well, as long as its not like 1 minute before midnight.
