1. Do not touch anything that says Install/Uninstall or any file in Windows, you will just end up ****ing up and blowing something up.
2. Ctrl+alt+Del opens a Windows Task Manager in which you can shut off programs and in XP editions, check to see if you are overheating anything in the processing area. Not enough virtual memory can crash with 0x8E
3. Windows/MSN Messenger are startup protocols that run the moment you log in or your computer is on, like mine
