FlamingIce, what kind of proof other than you word do you have that it is true? do you have any kind of data? other than 'i found them faster!'?

finding 4 keys off of 1 boss? lol yea right... as you say '1/17 chance to drop' what is the odd that you will get that 1/17 4 times in 1 drop...


at best, you can get 2 keys off of 1 drop, that would make it seem of a 1/17 drop rate vs. the normal 1/34 drop rate... 4 drops at once... that would be impossible

do you ever see 4 of the same uniqe drop at once? i know i haven't. chances of getting a key are only about 50% more.

one logical approach to the SoH is that it's there so that it's harder to pick up the charm. when there are several items on the ground u usually just click spam and don't always get the item of choice. on the other hand while doing DC in a pub game of 8 there's only one charm that drops and is easier for people to get. when a lc drops with 8 SoH u have to spend an extra moment or two to look for it, or u randomly click and that doesn't always let u grab it.

other then that i have no idea. i've got over 7 SoH on my hammerdin and when i go look for keys, i've spent over 4 hours finding nothing. what happen to flamingice was probably just luck.

I once got 2 Valors off of a baal run. So its quite possible to get 4 drops. Besides the keys aren't exactly uniques.

Dur the chatgem is the ladder reset button that the b.net staff pushes to reset ladder. God such idiots.

@FlamingIce, it's not proven to increase chances, you just got lucky for all we know.
