What rares to keep?

I was wondering what are to good mods on rares to keep them, i know skills, that ar/lvl and max dmg/lvl ... anything else?

Skills w/ a good 2nd mod is great


Skills, Faster cast rate, Faster hit recovery, Resists, +life, +mana, sockets, +strength, +dexterity are the more 'wanted' mods.
