What kind of sorc would you suggest I make?

Well that depends. What kind of sorc are you looking to make. PvP or PvM. My MF sorc is a little unconventional, but she definately gets the job done. I use frozen orb for the bosses and charged bolt for anything immune to cold, like the countess and eldritch.

If you very very rich(like own lots of HRs) then u should go with pure light sorc with infinity merc

Orbress would be a nice choice for mf/duel sorc. Just modify the build to include a decently synergied fireball for the dueling.

but lightninh get caught up in hell baal runs becuz of spirits that are immune too lightning and sometimes u get held up by lister the tormentor becuz he sometimes immune too lightning and also that council guy

i would say go with an orb sorc. great 4 pk and if you do it right u can have decent mf too

i got a pretty decent blizz sorc, that i mainlyt chaos with (with the exception of cold immunes), she is prety good. she can handle most creatures and handles meph in about 3-10 seconds in hell depending on blizz palcements. i dont have the best gear but it does fine, i have 10k-11k blizz dmg and a 5k icebolt. i have an anni, and a sorc torch. and three +1 cold skill charms.

the set up is as follows...
i know they are hard to see, gay diablo II window makes it look so homo.

im thinking i'd have to dissagree i with you on orbers mine can kill tons of lights and then some, but of course she has a PCF in every item that can be socketed and uses full talls (yes full talls sounds newbish but her damage goes up to 2k which is just the orb damage not the spike)

go with an orber they can usally get threw diablo meph and andy and count but also put some spells in light so u have a back up plan also a good merc always helps.

Do not get TS for orbers. Get your hands on a eth infinity on your merc...

IMO orb and litening sorcs are probably the best duelers.

blizz sorc is best for mf.

fire is your middleman.

orb sorcs are the most expensive probably. or maybe it was lightning.

griffons eye or deaths fathom... hmmmm
thats really the main difference... some orbers also use nightwings helm which happens to be expensive unique. one of the few uniques thats worth something still -_-

darkness im sry but i kno you dont do 2k damage with ur orb sorry, i gotta sorc torch, anni, perf death fathom, coh, maras sojs full inventory of gcs, the works and myne only goes up too 1.7k sorry man i kno you dont do 2k with full tal

with dueling on the open net, you will have to have your socr hacked to the max to stay alive. but sorc i found to be the best char to duel with. but have evade and smite and abos's on your char to win with the big boy's
