What is the highest level attainable?

What is the highest level you can get in version 1.10 and how can i get it?

ummm... let me think... level 99 is the highest and always will be the highest level you can get to. And if you don't know the right strategies like when to do certain quests or kill bosses, sometimes that level can be hard to get to. Im at lvl 57 and ive only been playing this game for about 2 weeks now (I'm not a n00b, i've been playing this game since it came out, but I had to start a new acc cause my old one got banned).

lvl 250 is the highest in Open Bnet, u can get higher than that, but you have to have either a top of theline diablo 2 character editor, or know ur hexes and bits like the back of ur hand, otherwise if you set it higher ur char will get corrupt
