What is the best single player character editor?

What is the best single player character editor (as in, making level 99 characters in the blink of an eye) for D2 LoD v 1.11? Each patch makes old editors obsolete (although the characters themselves are normally unchanged).
Level 99 characters with all skills maxed out! :lucifer

i just got one called hero editor, for version 1.10 but i have 1.11 and it works fine

has an item editor and can do eveything you want on it, really good

if you look in the sticky there is one called zonfire for v1.11, thats the one i got and its really good as i said, just trying to work out how to use it for online play as it doesnt seem to take online characters
