What is d2hi??

I saw the post at the forum: http://www.battleforums.com/showthread.php?t=84111 There sam_the_man say this is item switch d2hi module and it can simulate items or i dont know..Can you explanate to me what is that??

the item switch module for d2hhackit switches items in trade. What it does is the following. You put a good item (lets say Enigma) into the trade window and have a crappy armor that looks the same in inventory. the you run the item switcher. That module will switch the items very fast so the victim thinks that you still have the enigma in the trade window.
