What is a torch,gheeds,anni and how do i find/trade them

hey all this is a realyl noob question lol how do i find the items above and how do i trade them?? i would like to know and i have another question but i forgot waht it was ill post back tomorro when i think of it...

and what are 9+ resistance charms worth?? i had a few but dopped them cause ithough they were junk they were sc and large

Gheeds is dropped usually from meph or countess, unique grand charm

Can you please be more specify. Was charms all Resist? And you said sc.. AFAIK there is no sc with more than +5% all resist (or it wasn't all resist?)
