it only says this message when i try to connect to europe realm us east and west work fine anyone no what the problem could be ive tryed reinstalling diablo completely dunno what else to try :\

dude i got that same shit coz i was testing invalid cd keys on all 4 realms. they have all been stuck like that for almost 48 hour, this is ***ed!

heh yea exactly what happened to me testing invalid cd keys ^^

guess the only way ima fix this shit is formatting my comp maybe somet in my registry is messed cus of it i dunno :S i tryed uninstalling all diablo and reinstalling 2wice

how long has it been like that for you, because mine has been like that for about 42 hours. also formatting wont do shit because i got d2 installed on a different comp in my house and the same thing happens. we have been IP banned. im waiting for blizz to write back to me.

well if we have been ip banned then i should be able to change my ip and connect to it "ill try that now" but the only realm that wont work for me is europe all the other realms work is been like this like 12 hours

i tested the keys on all 4 realms, and by the way. how u gonna change ur ip adress coz its pretty hard if u get static I.P. i ran the game through a socks server and i was able to log on to asia and europe. but after it said accessing account on east and west i would get the same message. i need to play west.

well im sure a ip proxy changer will work i just need to find the program again it worked for other games i got banned of and websites it hides your real ip adress and gives you a "fake ip adress to use"

i just used a program like that, i was able to get on but them servers run at like dial up speed so it sucks.

its called sockscap but its real bad, i keep getting disconnected while trying to talk to blizzard support in the channel. its also very slow. if u get on ask for help.

gotta wait 2 weeks lol they said i got a realm restriction and they cant be lifted and last 2weeks usually you get them from using invalid cd key/spamming/flooding

btw, i e-mailed blizzard tech support recently and you get a 14 day ipban for testing invalid cd-keys

must be more then a ip ban cause wen i got ip banned from another games server i just used a proxy changer to use a fake ip to get unbanned and i have tryed that program and it wont work on diablo all servers say unable to connect so must be another way of them banning you :\
