What did you think was cool...

When you first started what kind of items/skills did you think were cool and what did you do to try and get them?

For me, (and i payed classic when i started) i thought that any "elite" unique item was the coolest thing ever. I would go into chat channels and ask people if they had Arkain's Valor and Nosferatu's coil. yeah...embarassing to think about nowadays.

I personally thought Rise Skeleton was the more dire and evil spell ever when I first ued a necromancer. I kept doing it and wasting mana just because I liked it so much. Then I found the other necromancer spells and then I didn't like it anymore.

i personally (played classic, never even heard of any of the xpan items until i moved over to xpan) thought sigons was the god of gods lol...and i had a barb with doubleswing, and skills all weapon masteries (i thought i made a godly build =/ )
