What are we allowed to post here?

Still not quite got the concept of what these forums are for. Are we, for example, allowed to design our own characters, spells, items and creatures and put them inside the DM's Corner as if they were templates? Or just post thousands of threads for different items? Or what?*

The character design, etc is in character development. The DM's corner is for new spells, items, artifacts, creatures, classes, etc.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by a Warcraft tileset, but yes... You could design Warcraft themed material for use in D&D. In fact some of it could be interesting.

I'm pretty sure blizzard already released a Warcraft rolplaying game based on the D20 System. Can't be bothered finding a link just at the moment.

It would be incredibly cool, if not only for content.

In fact I have a monster I made not unlike them, two claw attacks that deal 1d4 each and relatively smallish hp.
