What colleges are good programming schools?

im going to a college exhibition type thing and there are something like 30+ big colleges and i would like to know where to ask about it.

I really have no idea about that, but i just started programming in Basic and its sweet. even though i am a complete newb =/

MIT is pretty much the best for CompSci I believe.

Is location a factor? Art Institute of California has everything, and the tuition is pretty low ($60,000 gets you to your degree)
