What act is pindle in?

Title says it all, all i have been doing are meph runs but i would like to try out pindle. What act and area is this mob in?

when anya opens the portal in act 5 there's a unique monster right before u go to the halls of pain.

well crap, i went past that part of the act and the portal closed, anyway to reopen it or to get back to that part. Also what if i missed to Way point in the halls of dead or whatever, am i sol for pindle? This is for single player btw.

if u didn't do that quest then the portal for pindle should still be there. if u didn't get the wp (halls of pain i think it is) then the portal should also be there.

I do the Necro Quest (His name is fruity) when i want to name a special item with my name on it. Like my 2% from perfect Legit 1.10 Valor.

There's no way to repoen the portal instead of changing of difficulty (normal/nm/hell) or making a new character. But you don't want to find items if you play single player, it would be a lost of time.
