Werewolf druid help?

Okay uhm... well im trying to make a werewolf druid as already said, and i want to make it like the *first* werewolf druid that worked in other words... a fury druid.
Now my questions are:
What skills should i max out?
What Gear? (im kinda poor so..)
SO yeah if you could help me out here.... it would be awesome.

ammy: angelic, highlords
gloves: steel rends, draculs, lavagouts
boots: eth sandstorm, gore

hEy uhm one quick question.... What difference in skills etc would it make if it was pvp or pvm? and why heart of wolv instead of oak sage? im confused

Okay repeated: WHY heart of wolverine.. everyoe says oak sage is better. IF you gimme a few reasons then ill use HoW. Also can u use cyclone armor in conjunction with werewolf form? so can you use cyclone armor then werewolf, and cyclon armor will still be in affect?

i think heart increases dmg? or thorn or something? oak gives life.. clylcone is a waste if u ask me... even with my ele druid he still gets his ****ing amror broken... and it absorbs 2.5k... so 1 pt in clycone will suck unless u put in twister, tornado.. and hurricane for bonus... i would max oak.. but that jus me ^^

would windhammer be good for a werewolf/bear druid cuz it has ias on it so it wouldnt be slow and it has cb any thoughts?

Slow = no

Slow = shael needed

Heart of Woverine = good dmg, + uber AR (hence no pts in dex)

but HoO > HoW
