Well, Dont take my advice as perfect, you will have to find that out yourself.

Stats.

dependent on your planned playing style, Is the base for your stats, and well everything else for that matter.

Strength: Whether you want to go for heavy gear is up to you but Strength should only be around 100-150 range. Use your disgretion.

Dexterity: More dex gives more AR and Defense. Your skills can give nice AR bonuses, so I guess this is Dependent on your gear and wheter you want high defense. Use atleast 100.

Vitality: I like to have alot of health on my druids, being as they are Kinda Health-based Charectars. Ide say Get a 200ish Base Vitality. and any extra points.

Mana: Unless you plan on getting like shockwave. Ide say base.

For skills: Again Depending on your playing style.

Maul: Max
Hunger:1+
Fire claws:1+
Lycan: max
Wearbear:max
Oak or HOW: Max
Shockwave(optional): 1+

Bascilly just maul till your orb thing is to its max. then either fireclaw, normal atk, or hunger them. If you got showck wave. then shockwave them before you start atking them.

Gear is totally up to you and your Current money situation.

For a tip: If you do nice damage, but are attacking to slowly. Try useing a 6 shael Phase blade. or a 6x40/15 Phaseblade.
