Waypoint failed for JSP

hey, i am useing the newest version, wiht my zon....anyway, everything goes just fine, login, she gets in the game...walks upto that one place...and then all the sudden at the top of the screen it says Usage of waypoint failed, exiting game or something like that...but thats not what my d2jsp is saying...its doing this

[03:13:57] MyChar:Creating Game #0
[03:14:08] MyChar:I'm in game .
[03:14:18] MyChar:Game exited normally (9s).
[03:14:27] MyChar:Creating Game #1
[03:14:38] MyChar:I'm in game .
[03:14:46] MyChar:Game exited normally (7s).

but, in real its just walking up, saying that error, leaving, and createing an new game...why is it doing this
