ok, i have this friend ive known for about 2 years his name is sam and his family loves me they took me to see transformers and other movies charge free. we he has this disease known as a adhd and he doesnt take medication. well he always gets in fights easily and he has already got spaz on me once last year. well me and my other mates get really annoyed from him seeing as he only talks about games and is always getting into fights. today he called my mate gay so my friend reply with "what ever acne king" and he said shut up before i punch you and my friend said what ever fag. well he went skitz and totally ****ed my friend up by kicking him on the ground and punching and kicking him, i would of helped but last time i got in a fight i ended up giving this kid internal bleeding and my parents were pissed and i got into a SHITLOAD OF TROUBLE. well after this my friend was bleeding and sam ran home. well it was disturbing watching my friend get the kicked shit out of him and im not sure if i should try and ignore sam or do what?

i forgot to mention the one who beat him up lives across the road from me

Okay, first off you should have helped. You aren't the Green Giant so don't act like you can't control your strength. For bloody hell, just disarm the dude. I think you have the anger problem if you start throwing fists and end up ****ing someone up major time.

While stepping and retraining your friend may have ended the situation better that isn't the problem. Your friend should not have kept instigating Sam, and even after being warned continued to do so. However that doesn't give Sam an excuse to go apeshit on him. Your best bet is to talk to Sam (assuming the injuries he caused aren't that bad) and figure out what happened.

Or just let the situation cool off for a bit.
