wat lvl should a barb be before they go to act 3?

Im assuming normal. Around 20 or so so you cn start doin Trav runs. And 20's just a good lvl to advance...

near 20s. act3 is the worst act ever. bad terrain, bad monsters, bad quests, people usually skip this and go straight to durance and trav runs

U should do some Cowruns in normal with a Friend which has a High Lvl Char...
