I wrote this in another forum, so please bare with me.
Is it possible? Has no one else gone? I don't see any threads about it... at least not on the first page.
It took place in South Fl. last Saturday and it was the best day of my whole summer. Coheed and Cambria, Billy Talent, Anti-Flag, Taking Back Sunday, Tiger Army, International Noise Conspiracy, Avenged Sevenfold.... omg, all were great performances. It surprised me that Coheed had the biggest crowd during the whole concert though. I thought not alot of people around here liked them but, I was very surprised. The largest crowd, where sometimes I couldn't even catch a breath. I almost caught the drummer's drumstick also. It was just a bit to the right of my hand and some other guy got it. Damn.
Anti-Flag also kicked ass and the mosh pits during their performance were maybe the ones I got into the most. Billy Talent was ****ing awesome. One of my favorite bands, they kick ass live. Crowd surfed alot during their time onstage... actually during the whole concert heh.
Starting a mosh pit, crowd surfing, getting to know lots of new bands, rain, looking at girls mud fighting and cars doing donuts in grass... everythnig fell into place to make it a day to remember for a long time.
I'll post some pics up as soon as I scan them. And no need to write hateful posts if you don't like this music.
