When you break a rule you get "warned" by a moderator.

After you reach a certain number of points, you're temporarily banned. I'm not sure what cases require permanent banning, though.

Essentially, it is an e-spanking. If you reach a certain number of warning points, Kitty will personally come by your house and play dominatrix.. which isn't a bad thing.
