This is what I heard about the game.

WarioWare: Twisted!'s cartridge includes a built-in gyro-based movement sensor that's surprisingly sensitive and accurate, opening a door into a whole new world of minigame mayhem. Rotate the GBA to steer an iron across a wrinkly shirt! Or to direct a stream of water onto a fire! Or to make a guy do sit ups! Or to turn the screen sideways while guiding rocket-powered fingers into giant nostrils! Come on, you knew that was going to be in there somewhere.
Built in Gyro based movement? Can anyone confirm this? I ahvent played or seen the game, but i liked Wario ware for GBA and NDS...

It, indeed, does have gyro-based controls. The box the game comes in is nearly 3x the size of a normal GBA game box.
