Warcraft 3 = *YAWN*

war3 was so dope when i first started. there was a lot of strat and a lot of variety. but now it's decayed to the point of lameness, i play a human, they go mass sorc, play an orc, mass doc, play an NE, mass dryad, play a UD mass ghoul.
talk about yawn fest!!!!!!
SC and War2 was so much funner!

Huh? What are you talking about? I've seen hundreds of different working strats for each race... And the ones you say arn't even used solo that much (except the mass ghouls, which is probibly used by about 90-95% of high level UD players). But still, I mean, It never gets dull, there new strats I see every day.

It's a yawn probably because you don't know how to play it right. What level are you at, and how is your winning chance?


People that say W3 boring are those who don't know how to play with the mind.

Anyone can pump out units and go with the A key. But not many know about reading the opponent's moves which is the most important element that makes any game "fun".

HEY! not true, I'm very satisfied with the game and I rarely win... 44% win percentage.... I love the game, and It's not about massing units, there is micro, I'm moving away from Dryads because I like DOTT more and add variety to the game. It's very unique, if you think massing units, then it's going to be boring, if you like variety, every game is different.

this game blows for non-novice play.

Not exactly. Strats always change by maps, each others build orders, heros, and even distance between bases.

A planned stradegy is a planned lost.


What server you in? Try Asia. Go over 20(I have some friends up there) and you'll be loosing all the time. I can tell by the way you talk.

management of your units, you don't just send them flying into battle and expect them to win, do you want them to focus fire on one particular unit? is your opponent focusing fire on one of your units, if they are, do you move your unit so it makes it harder for them to kill it? or do you let that one die so you can draw more damage upon the unit you are attacking....?

you know, stuff like that.

If you are so bored of ladder games on WCIII, then why don't you try custom games? There are sooo many different custom games out there it's almost funny! I personally like Vampire Hunters and Cops and Robbers.

WCIII can't get boring so fast. Try 12 player FFA Ice Crown. Now that's hard, esp. for NE and Undead players.

lol im only rank 6, I play custom too much, plus from 4-6 ive been paired with complete newbs who

a) don't know what a tower rush is
b) find mass-sorcs a very strange mind-boggling attack
c) never defend against mass-teleport
d) call me a retard for using Random
e) by the time I have full army, they barely finish 1-4 of their units
f) this is their grade in school, they are so SLOW!

plus on Arranged Team, I always play with Lordlegolas on theese forums who obviously has no clue what hes doing (no offence) and I cant supply constant armies; I alone take out like all of enemy and he helps a bit, then you get the dreaded "Your gold mine has depleated" and all the mines are gone on the map... (stormguarde is a real bitch, never gonna play it again)

Hey guess what your wrong.Warcraft 3 can't get boring.The new characters,new powers,new weapons,new races,and technolegy.
The game is perfect.Dude my advice is wake up and get a life,if you
hate the game so much do play it.Don't complain about it,let us enjoy it.Not that you dont have rights,but go complain to someone who who will Care.
