Warcraft III Replay Parser for PHP

This is the current only true replay analyzer, much better than w3chart or wcg masters, the only one working for 1.23 replays (ignore WCR replays that somehow work with w3 chart). However it is only on a website and for people to check their replay stats online on their own website or the replay parser site. I was wondering if someone could make it work offline. It's PHP I know...
