Been playing around with the campaings during my relentless boredom, and ive found a few "easter eggs" in war3, and also after scouring the internet i came up with a few more.

Edgar Allen Poe Poem
Log into Battle.net, enter any chat room, and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + F1 to display a poem by Edgar Allen Poe

Starcraft Units (this is SWEET)
Finish the Night Elf last campaign in Hard mode to see 20 seconds of Starcraft units in action based on Warcraft 3 engine. :doped

Jimmy the Seal
Somewhere in the middle of the map (Night Elf campaign, Chapter 5) there is some mushrooms with some spiders infront. There is a seal called Jimmy behind them. Click him until he blows and a manual of health will be dropped.

First Mission of the Prologue
Look at the island at the top of the screen to see some pirates guarding "phat lewt".

Undead Campaign: Chapter 1
In the main town area after you get your shade, there are 2 civilians fighting with a large crowd watching. Named: Robert and Tyler (from the movie Fight Club!!! "I want you to hit me as hard as you can!").

Undead Campaign: Chapter 2
After the cut scene in the middle where you find you need the urn, knock down the trees to the west of the green human base. When you bring a unit to the waterfall you see a flash of a baby panda sitting on the shoulders of another panda wearing a sword. It'll have the text written: "SECRET FOUND Panderan Relaxation Area"'

Orc Campaign: Chapter 7
Your tauren units will eventually run into a large salamander named 'Hungry Hungry Lizard,' a play on an old board game "Hungry Hungry Hippos." He'll eat his way through a large patch of mushrooms if you watch him long enough. When he's done eating, he will pop into a splash of green goo, revealing a path that leads to The Lion Horn of Stormwind.

Night Elf Campaign: Chapter 5
In the cavern, try and go as far right as possible when you start out. Look for a bunch of mushrooms on the right side with a skull and bone in the ground in front of it. If you hear the priestess comments about the demon bile, you've gone too far. Use force of nature on the mushroom sto clear a path. You will see the path is littered with bones. When you bring units into the path you'll get another cut scene and The Largest Panda Ever (level 10) will come to attack you. It'll leave behind a Necklace of Spell Immunity.

Night Elf Campaign
In the mission where you are about to free Illidun there is a secret area. After passing through the waygate and travelling a bit further, the path goes upwards and there are trees to the right. explore and you will find a path the leads to a teleport that takes you to the shrine of the DopeFish.

Night Elf Campaign
In the second level of Night Elves, Daugthers of the Moon, you receive three ballistas. Go to the east, where the big undead base is, and spot the fallen tree at the north of the path. Use ballistas to destroy the trees in this area and you'll eventually see a Starcraft's Hydralisk. Go near it with your hero and the Hydralisk will fight for you !!!

Anyone have any others to add?

I bet you never even found the Ancient Wyrm in the Night Elf Campaigns. It is hiding behind trees in the back of the Haunted Forest near the back gate of the Human encampment you need to destroy.

In the 2nd level of the human campaign, if you raid the Murloc camp and cut down or destroy the trees behind it, you can eventually clear a path. The path will take you to an ogre encampment where you can collect Ogre Guantlets of Strength.

Also in that level, if you cut down the trees where Searinox's cave is. You will eventually find a lone Gnoll WArden hiding in the trees. Kill it for a Wand of Dispel.

Also in UD Level 2, if you destroy the trees on the top of the ramp going to the Wizard's encampment, you will eventually clear a path to a cutscene with Two Sasquatches talking to each other. If you use Arthas, Ghouls and Mws to kill the ORcale and Sasquatch, you will eventually get an item.

There are a lot more easter eggs in FT. Most of them are in the night elf campaigns. The hardest one to get imo is the Temple. In C4, if you go south from the start, then blink to the naga base, then blink again from their waterfall going up. You will find a path with a Naga Royal Guard. Kill him (you better summon the Avatar if you want to live) then you will discover a secret with extra gold to improve your base defenses.

Later in that smae level, you will eventually encounter a flower field with another 100% evade rat. If you line up your Glaives and attack Maiev while the rat is behind her, he will take damage and explode. Your reward is a Talisman of Evasion.

Seen a few, you were right tho, never found the Ancient Wyrm. Gonna continue my quest of blinking my ass around the campaigns. Its quite entertaining to say the least. Use the cheat *iseedeadpeople* (i think this is the one... reveals map) too helps a lot at finding hidden alcoves/areas of the map.

The Ancient Wyrm I know officially where it is. In Mission 4 for the Night Elves, you will eventually destroy a human base on the move before the haunted forest. Bring your heroes and some dryads (bring anything else and you might lose men) to the bottom left corner of the haunted forest. If you force of nature the left side of the wall, you will reveal a path to a large Thunder Lizard called the Ancient Wyrm! Kill it for an item.
