Vista maphack

is there anyway to run either stings or mousepads maphack with vista. i've tried running them in compatabilty mode, and in administrator but nothing works. with stings it just brings up a blank notepad and nothing else.

what am i doing worng?

Stings has been known to cause that.

Mousepad works fine. I own Vista and I run it with a 1.09 Mod I play.

i fogot to mention that i'm in iraq. i don't play online right now. i only play the single player game right now if that helps.

shoudlnt matter, go w/ what chris said and get mousepad, just remember not to use all the features if you DO go online

Mousepad is the worst maphack to go online with anyways. IF you need to go online, you need to get Stings to work and run the Reveal Act function. A lot of people are dumb and run the actual Maphack when you are supposed to run the 2nd feature, and cry about getting banned for not reading.

Once you use it, you are detected. If you are running PlugY, then you need to disable the additional statistics screen, or you will crash the maphack and D2 each time you open the Character Statistics screen.

I think the only reason MH isnt working for you is because you are using the incorrect version of Mousepad for the specific version of D2.
