Has anyone tried a Vengeance Pally for PvM? I would imagine with Conviction the elemental damage would be devastating. I was just wondering as I am looking to start an elemental Pally. I will either go with Vengeance (Vindicator?), Tesladin, or Holy Freeze. Just looking for some input on the Vengeance Pally though. I dont plan on starting any of these biulds untill the ladder resets so I probably wont be playing for a long, long, long, LONG time. I have heard Holy Freeze rocks in early Ladder, especially for Hardcore...

Erm...... with Holy Freeze ull need some descent -resist items. Ive tryed making one before. Also not only may u want to invest in conviction for Vengance pally, but a few in fanat.... just in case, and i dont think vengance is that great for PvM.
But if ur trying to score high on the ladder when it resets go with Tesladin

Any particular reason behind tesladin being awesome for HC ladder? Why is vengeance not all that great for PvM?

AH tesladin because... well i dont actually play HC, but yeah. Tesladin cuz when maxed has a big enough radius to start hurting monsters far away and doing alot of dmg might i add, so by the time they reach u they will ahve low health... and hopefully u should be able to kill them fast :)

I dont mean to argue with your opinion, but Tesladin would be better offensively, but defensively, Holy Freeze would be better IMHO. Holy Freeze slows drastically and does about 2000 dmg with decent +skills. Add a bunch of crushing blow and it will own. I will probably make both when the ladder resets to see which is better...

Just talking about from my experience starting up on Ladder HC. Without any trading I was able to get 10+ skills on chars. I think I live Holy Freeze better...

I think this is the best avenger [vengence] guide I've seen yet. All props to the dii forums and cyrus - a long time vet from there to writing the guide. This is not my work.

Also saw some word on holy freeze - here is the best frost zealot guide I've ever seen. Plus, its ladder/hardcore in mind. Also props to dii, its staff, and the writer Kitriara, as well as its contributers mentioned in the guide.

Thanks FWI, the Holy Freeze guide is very useful, but could use some tweaking IMO. THANK YOU!
