Vengeance + Bow?

Does anybody know if vengence works with a bow/crossbow, or any ranged weapon for that matter?

If somebody who has an avenger could just buy a bow, put it on and find out if it works, I would be much obliged. Ty

I would assume that it does work. Since I can't be sure, you'll have to wait until someone else can confrim. Did you check Arreat's Summit to see if it only applied to melee weapons? Anyways, I'm moving this to Newbies Only.

and incidently, I went into the -act5 dev mode and got vengeance and got a short bow, and it doesn't work. How lame
