Vb related problem

Ok so hers the deal im out on pratic for 3 weeks on a industry and because of i reading computer related stuff im on the IT aparpmet of the industry and i and a worker was chit-chatting and i said i liked 2 do some simpel vb shit, but now she had give me a "quest" that has 2 do with vb and think am like some vb pro or something , and because many of ure her are working on doing vb related stuff maybe some1 could help me ?

And now the resson for posting . i have a problem i should do a outlook vb script for them (or editing there own), and the thing is.
It is a "blanket" a "formulär" in swedish i dont know how 2 say that in english plz help me some1 swedish and tell me what that is like starfish , and when u make a cross in a box it should open another "blanke" and transfer the names that was riten on the other "blanket" so u don't have 2 fell in that twice.
And i can't get the script 2 load the file the blanket is a file that should be run.
When i make a cross in the box its a change som maybe it should be like this??? but i get a error mess and it dont work.

"if (boxesname) change then open (filename)"

i could had coped the script but when i thougth of that i had already left jobb. and sorry for my VERY poor english, plz say if some bad speeling or sentenses u dont understand and i change it or explane it more.

i need starfish to understand the meaning but i think i know what you mean the problem is that i'm not sure if it is what you want... if fish comes online and tells me what it is, i'll post the solution here shouldnt be too difficult

thx by "balnket" i mean like a papper with alot of info in like name and stuff and, it going 2 be for the guy at the top so they can fill that in and send it and get what they order like a cellphone, laptop, or computer.
