How much is Bul-Kathos' Sacred Charge worth?

Basically i bought it for 1 hex once, next day it cost 2 hex and after a week it now costs 3 hex, 2 hexs if you are lucky

No. The CB is worthless. The 2-3 hex is the Guardian, you are right.

The CB is worth not even 40 chipped gems.
