Do people tend to buy/sell packs of unidentified small charms? Similar to gamble packs with rings, ect. I suppose.

People will pay quite a bit for a an 88 sc pack. Most people make 22gc/22sc packs though. Go for Act 5 & boss ones only (80+ should be good).
