I found a 22/6 min jewel and want to know,if it´s something worth?

If yes and some1 needs, i need some sorc Mf Stuff

y i just need a oculus + frostburns + goldrwap + any maras % doesnt matter cause i just started playing West..

if i were you, gather a whole bunch of gems and turn em all into perfs 1nc you get 40 perfs trade for a shako, then so on and once you have enough mf or you think your sorc wont die start to bot, then you get items and you can trade for better mf and then you can start to make other characters too....

but yeah that jewel isnt worth much at all srry to say
