Using isom : help me

i installed isom and zipped it into my starcraft folder and it made its own subfolder, so i read the readme and for square terrain it says put in 0 for filler and any mod(long,integer,byte)
then i clicked write and the readme says i should be able to open it up but i cant, please tell me whats wrong

uhh only thing i can think of is to not put it in the starcraft folder........ mine works fine, and its not there
