Well you can't really say its worth because it is the currency, tell me what you want to compare it against and then Ill help you.

ya ur right 32020 ohm,vex,zod,ber, those types of runes = a 32020 and 290 so ist is a step below...

you can get a high for it if the person needs ist alot...but i've gotten 2 ists for a high aswell...you can get deals.
