Uping unique exceptionals

Hello all! I have a dearing question that has been buggin me for a long time.:tnt You can only up unique exceptionals(such as titans or hoz) on ladder....so how do they get them on non ladder? this is almost makeing me want to start my acc all over again and go on ladder. Did they change that in .11? If you could please help me figure this out i would love it!

The way ppl get Ladder only items and stuff on Non ladder.. is: When Ladder reset, all the ladder chars (Items too), get to Non ladder.. Then the items are avalible on NL...

so in Me so Stupid Terms: when ladder resets chars. and items go to nl and thats how items that are ladder go to nl....so ur ****ed when it comes to that:rollie
