Upgrading more than 3 times?

In this Fellowship RPG i played, you get 1 ore and 1 gas for upgrading every level. How do i make it so you can upgrade weapons/armor more than three times? I checked the map and there aren't any distinctions that I can see.

If you use one of the many hybrid editors out there, you can set the maximum upgrades to as much as 255. Upgrade costs, and speeds can also be changed just as easy.

i have SCXE, can I do it with that? If so, how? If not, with what program?

It can be done with SCXE.

In the Player tab choose Settings, you'll get a window labeled Player Settings.

Choose Upgrades, with the Classic Mode Editor, the Default Max should already be set to 255.

The Cost, Energy usage, and the Time factor can be adjusted in the Scenario tab, under Upgrade Settings, and Special Ability Settings.

In the Unit and Hero Settings, adjust the Bonus amount to affect how large of a jump the upgrades for the weapons take, with each upgrade.

wat about special. how do u do it there
