Upgrades can't do like +1 and stuff

well like the name says all i have is like +0 so every time i upgrade it just stays the same way could anyone plz help me on this?

If I interpreted your questions correctly, you need to put a numer other than 0 in the Bonus box next to where you set attack damage ni the Unit and Hero Settings window. That number will dictate how much the attack will increase per upgrade.
