what is the required strenght for up'd gore riders ?

Is it 208 (str req for Myr. boots) or is it (208 - 25%) = 156

It would be 208 - 25% (Assuming 208 is the base requirements).

I believe it's 156, just based on the fact I have seen them enough times to know that probably sounds right. If you really want to know, I could look it up for you or you could try to find a guide with it or a d2 items site with a picture.
