Unable to connect to Battle.net" WTF is this?

OK this doesnt make sense i play on USWEST realm.
I get off then i try to get back on it says unable to connect.
I try to connect to USEAST and it works.
Asia and Europe do too.
I dont know what it can be.
I have 2 cd-keys that i switched with it and it still doesnt work.
I went to the battl.net site to see if they Have maintence none..
CAn some one plz help me with this..
I am on DSL and i did a speed test and every thing works so its not my COnnection and i dont have a fire wall on..

It says plz try to connect to the internet before trying to connect to battle.net thats all

Bliz is also supposedly trying a new server..just wait it out..and play on USEast till then

That message means your ISP is buggy... Wait about 15 mins with comps shut off, make sure dsl connected and run again.
