Now, nobody laugh or you'll be forced to brush my teeth for me.
I'm sure you know what melee maps are. You build a base, and either if your teamed up or not, your mission is to kill the other force.
Well a ums is a map that uses more than 3 triggers. A melee map only has 3 triggers. A ums can have 1000 triggers for all I care. The triggers can vary. One trigger can tell a marine to kill a battlecruiser. Another one could move a building from the top left part to the bottom right. There's a ton of ways you can make a trigger.
A trigger is divided into 3 parts:
Players
Conditions
Actions
First you create a new trigger and you will have to select some players. Players is the part of the trigger that you want that trigger to fire by that player.(Actually this reason is no use anymore, You can basically have the player be anyone, the condition really matters. But there is a reason that players is useful, but I won't get into this)
Condition:
now somewhere in the game, they have to do something before the action can be done.
Like, a marine has to move to this place before the trigger can be proceeded.
Action:
This is the part where anything can happen, someone can die, someone can be reborned, lose the game, win the game, move the units, etc.
Man I'm tired now.
