Umm...Why is BattleForums asking me to download?

Ok, I hope some one responds soon...

Everytime I click to goto the index of a subforum, enter a new thread, or anything at BattleForums, it asks me to download the php, can someone help me!?

Do you use a download manager? If so, set the options...
If not, which browser do you use?
