Uber/POP question

howdy, i would like someone to explain this "POP" duel thing in detail plz. Also when u solo the ubers with a smiter, do u just run up to them and smite away with the occasional tapping, or id there more stradegy involved? I'm not talking about the chaos trist, just ubers in general. I already know you have to seperate the chaos trist ubers. :baby
