Uber diablo,and merc problems

I was Browsin th forums and one of the post read "Go kill Uber Diablo for his charm which gives 10%extra xp".
Who is Uber diablo Ive never seen him before, where is he?

Oh yeah one more thing, i hired a merc from act 2 hell difficulty, and i've been finding that when he casts his aura's for example his defense aura I havent been receivin the effects of it. My charr is a pali and concentration is always on maybe that is why?
Has anyone else been having this problem?

as to why your not receivign effects: no idea
as to who is uber D: he is a godly monster that spawns in random hell games and drops an annihilus charm. after it says sojs sold to merchants is usually a sign he may come. after it says "Diablo walks the earth" he replaces the first superunique you encounter. all of normal D's skills + armageddon. hes obviously much stronger and has insane life regen + 95 resist all.

Please dont let this digress into another DC (diablo clone) thread, we have like 3 of those ....

You actually are receiving his aura, if you have an aura too they will switch(Flash) from time to time and both will give you obnuses.
