Well I was looking at a picture of that item, and it says "Slain Monsters Will Rest in Peace"

Im wondering, does that mean anything?

i think it means they cant be resurrected again, like via shamans

tyraels might is an elite armor that only drops on ladder (i think so)

Tyreals might is an ladder only item, and the mod of Slain mosters Rest in Peace means:that the bodies can't be resurrected or they can't be used to raise skeletons (Necromancer). They can't be used for Corpse Explosion either. It will work only if you kill the enemy with a physical damage and not magical damage.

I think by "magical" it means what we refer to as elemental. Cold, Lightning, Fire, Psn.

I found Tyreal's Might on Diablo with my Hammerian. I just liked to show it off to people and its D and the mods are nice and all but i really dont see any good use for it other than showing it off but i gotta wait for my melee'er to get up in the lvls before i can really use it to the test right now i only tried on my hammerian and it did ok but i still prefer enigma but dont think what i said if you think it sucks because i really havent used it to the test yet Natures ring is fun to ;-)~

Veg, I think that TM(Tyreals Might) probly would work great with sorc, seeing as it has no str req, but thats just what I've thought. Though I guess it would work ok for a melee char.
