Two questions about maps

1. Maps can be made so they arnt edited right? Like dota?
2. How do people know ie dota game creators that you have joined their game but quit or left a previous game they made?

but i made a totally different sn and joined a game of the same guy and he didnt even notice me and i left ^.^ i did that until i got bored. But then i tryed it with this guy called cassandragemini and even though i changed my name he still booted me and i disguise my attitude, slang, wording to talk to him and ask why he booted me wehn i have only jioned his game once(lie) and he says F U! i am on more then just some banlist........... what is it????

it a great thing 2 have if u can host games, but there r more than 1 banlist so u can get ban on 1 type of banlist but be fine on another banlist. wat would sux is if we had one big banlist, cause people ban for stupid shit like if a player is a noob( seen it happen).
