(trying to) trade for windy on useast

ok, so i've been saving up for a while in efforts to get a windforce, today i finally got what i thought would be a good offer to put in the trade window, 34 soj and an unidentified tal's armor(which is about 42soj if i'm not mistaken). but when i offer this to people they brush me off like dog **** on their shoe. I thought that windys went for 40-45, and that my offer was reasonable, anyone care to enlighten me? and/or trade me their clean or unid windy? (any% clean

i know the scale is different on east to west, but windforces on west are about 40-45, and tals armor is like 6-10....

maybe u should try to trade tals armor for sojs first ppl like taking just sojs better than sojs and items

ok let me tell you this...6% windys are like 35-40 7% 40+ and 8% 50-60 and unid = 40-60 depending in the seller so yes =0
