Trigger to give spell at chosen lvl

Like in the map xhero seige, once the hero reaches lvl 30, automatically they are given a unique ability.

Im wondering what the trigger for that would be.

Well, one method is. If the hero is 30, then swap it with a different hero. But this hero has the exact same stats, HP, etc. but with a preset ability.

Either that or it just adds it auto.
