ok i want to give my hero a spell that isnt his...
Example:

Hero -Thrall: with shockwave lvl3

any help would be appericiated

This doesn't involve triggers.

Use the Object Editor where you edit the hero, and modify his abilities. You'll find that you can choose from any ability.
