Took long enough, no? Well I finally scrapped up some time to finish it amidst finals, job hunting, designing my webpage, and many other things, so here it is! <link removed, bandwidth exceeded>:scary

P.S. I'll try to get better hosting tomorrow, once my friend opens up his webserver. Hopefully I can get my maps hosted there too, as well.

P.S.S. April fools! ;)

What are you talking about, Tux? A Trigger Happy D Editor? Enlighten us mere mortals, please.

The easter bunny... WAS real! Damn good rabbit stew, too!

*cough*, anyway, list of features time! Here ya go:
  • Powerful mass trigger editing (shift/ctrl select conditions, actions, or whole triggers and edit their properties all at once)
  • Trigger sorting, catagorizing, and filtering.
  • Comments, locations, and switch strings all stored in seperate, starcraft-unrecognizable data section. (frees up room for other strings, but makes map no longer staredit-compatible. Option to save as staredit-compatible included!)
  • Trigger prefabs and mass duplication options.
  • Wait blocker compatability warning feature.
  • Player ownership, preserve trigger, and Never set as checkboxes for each trigger.
  • Map protection/unprotection added!

Holy frick.. every qualm Ive had about map making seems to be covered in your map editor.. if this is as good as it sounds, it might almost be on par with Starforge!

Finally, a way to conserve strings! Yea!

Now I wont have to go through all the stupid Level Up triggers for my RpG..

I must have it now. Tux, can you just say the name of the link without using the Http:// tag, so then I can just copy and paste?

Bah, I suppose the joke is up elsewhere, so... April Foolz!

Anyway I also wanted to get an idea of what you guys would think about this, so I suppose this thread served that purpose well enough. After I get Tetrix, Oregon Trail, Cannonballs, and Fire Fighters finished, I'll make that my final starcraft project! Any objections?

OmfG screw you Tuxedo! I cant believe I fell for that $hit. Man, raising my hopes up like that.. thats hella mean =[.

LoL, I thought it was rather curious that you would have the capability to make an editor.. I recalled that you werent listed as a programmer on the TeamSE site.. BlaH. Im dumb.

And if those four maps you just listed were also lame April Fool's jokes, Im going to castrate you.

Sorta. It's a new project I've started lately, now that I got a few cool ideas for it. I'll make an official thread about it when it nears completion.

It will be, once I finish all my current major mapping projects. It took me about a month to finish Trigger Happy D (for developement only, not including testing, researching, ideas, etc.)

^^ I can't wait for your maps. It's amazing how you come up with these great ideas. Too bad the Trigger Happy Editor isn't real, that could have been useful. (Or shall I say will be) Good luck on all of your maps!

We got pwned apple. We got pwned.

Hopefully, my future map projects will give Tuxedo a little bit of competition =P. Beware the FF7 RpG.

Oh, and Tux, what language will your map editor be written in? (That is, if you know yet).
