Stats:
Strength: enough to use equipment (enigma adds plenty to strength as do anni and torch)
Dexterity: none unless you want perf block
Vitality: rest
Energy: bring it to at least 100 (its your choice i prefer having enough mana.)
Skills:
20 Fire Wall
20 Fire Mastery
20 Frozen Orb
20 Cold Mastery
rest in ice bolt/warmth (fire wall and frozen orb both have a little relay time so not much toil on the mana supply..so ice bolt preferably)
1 in all prequisites
1 in frozen armor
Gear: (I'm not good with gear so the smart thing to do is skip this but its your choice!)
Helm
-Shako (solid sorc helm.)
-Sorc Circlet (i wouldnt bother..you dont really need TONS of fcr for this build..its always nice to have no doubt.)
Ammy
-Maras (nice skills, good resist)
-Tal Rashas (pretty cheap alternative, +skills)
Armor
-Enigma (lots of strength for anything, teleport, mf- excellent armor)
-COH (probably a better choice but enigma is my fave, if you pick anything other than enigma, add teleport to your skills obviously
Weapon
-Occy/Eschutas (good skills and fcr..just good all around)
-Hoto (good skills and fcr..i prefer occy and eschutas..your choice)
Shield
-lidless (skills, fcr..i think)
-theres a new one in ladder but i dont know name with 2+ skills
-SS if you desire perf block..nah
Belt
-Arach (Skills, fcr..what else could you want)
-Dungos (life, DR)
-Goldwrap (for MF)
Gloves
-Magefists (fcr, fire skills, mana reg.)
Boots
-War Travs (pretty good boots with mf)
Rings
-sojs
-fcr rings with mana (sojs would be better for this build)
Inventory:
1 Annihilus, skill gcs if you wanna spend more money, sorc torch, throw in some resist charms
Strategies:
For killing monsters like cows..say theres a horde of cows, cast a frozen orb and it makes them slow then make a fire wall and they cant get out as fast
glacial spike actually freezes them but i prefer Frozen Orb
For dueling, youre gonna probably rely on frozen orb but that doesnt mean you can spam some great walls of fire. make a X of fire and be in one of those sections of the X. be ready to teleport to another section. Rinse and Repeat.
